First, contact your insurance company and tell them about the accident!
They will either send out an insurance estimator to review the damage to your vehicle or they will instruct you to take it to a repair shop to have them do the estimate. We are happy to provide estimates and to pick up / tow your vehicle to our Collision Center if it is too damaged to drive.
Call the collision center for assistance: (844) 726-5778.
When you enter the Celebration Collision Center, you will be greeted and presented with a brief form to fill out to begin your estimate.
Because of our relationship with various rental agencies, your rental car can be conveniently arranged for you by our receptionist.
An experienced Collision Consultant will evaluate the damage to your vehicle and prepare your estimate. The Collision Consultant will go over the estimate with you and obtain insurance authorization (when applicable) while you wait. With estimate in hand, you’ll also receive an appointment date, telling you exactly when your vehicle can be scheduled for repairs. The Collision Consultant will keep you updated by phone, text, or e-mail during the repair process.
Blue Printing & Disassemble:
Your vehicle is blue printed & disassembled for repair and all damaged parts are removed. If any hidden damage is revealed, you and your insurance company are immediately contacted. The only exception is if we are an authorized Direct Repairer for your Insurance Company which has pre-authorized us to perform all necessary repairs.
Our laser frame diagnostic systems and frame machines ensure extremely high accuracy for frame repairs, returning your car to pre-accident condition.
Sheet metal repairs are handled in dedicated bays equipped with the latest equipment identical to those used by automobile manufacturers. At that time, corrosion protection will be restored to your vehicle.
BASF paints and clear coats are the same coatings applied at the factory on most of today’s vehicles and used exclusively in our facilities.
After painting the vehicle, it is sent back for reassemble to manufacturer specifications and then it will be sent off to the mechanical department for repairs if applicable.
All aspects of the repair are inspected by a certified GM technician throughout the repair process to insure they meet factory tolerances, from parts-fit and alignment to the gloss of the refinish work.
Once the repairs have been reviewed and certified by our GM technician and the production manager, the vehicle is thoroughly cleaned in preparation for delivery back to you.
A final inspection is performed by your Collision Consultant who will present you with your vehicle, noting all repairs made and providing you with any follow-up instructions.
